We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Please note that international shipping laws change frequently and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. In this case, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws for any additional charges or taxes.

What happens if the order is delayed?
Shipping time is 5-9 days and processing time is 1-3 days. Delivery time depends on stock availability and market demand, but we usually deliver our products in about one working week.
During periods of high demand (especially Black Friday and the Christmas period) there may be delays in logistics. We strive to provide a first class service even during periods of high demand, but please take this into account when purchasing our products (we cannot always guarantee that orders placed in December will arrive before Christmas).
If your order is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we ask for your understanding and patience. We will then inform you immediately about the new delivery date. In all other cases, you can request a refund and/or if the order has not been received after 20 working days.
Final price + free shipping means that the product, shipping costs, money-back guarantee, free returns and Naturcontact services are included in the total price, but are added individually to the final price of the order. If our products are damaged or defective, returns are free and you can request a refund or a new delivery of the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer if the size ordered does not fit. Please ensure that you use the sizing chart on the product page so that you can be sure that the size is 100% accurate.
In the case of an approved return, a new product will be sent after the buyer has sent the return number to Naturcontact. Naturcontact will then endeavour to supply you with the correct size (with an additional pair of free insoles) to allow you to personalise the shoes at no additional cost. Refunds due to an incorrect size will not be accepted.
